Durable Sprayed Concrete
The demand for high quality, durable sprayed concrete, produced with lower health risks and less negative influences on the environment is ever increasing. It is evident worldwide that there has been a dramatic conversion from dry to wet mix applications in underground construction, both in the tunnelling and mining sectors. Furthermore, the tunnelling industry has recognised the value of permanent sprayed concrete tunnel linings, and single shell structures are becoming state-of-the-art, delivering substantial cost reduction and programme savings over conventional tunnel designs.

- DELVO® CRETE hydration control admixtures that can prolong the workability of your concrete mix to enable flexible site logistics
- MEYCO® TCC bond improving admixtures added at the batching plant that internally cure the sprayed concrete immediately after spraying A range of other additions such as silica fume, steel and polypropylene fibres
