Precast concrete elements industry
As precast concrete elements make planning easier and construction processes
quicker, they are becoming more and more popular. Up until now large amounts of energy were necessary to compact the concrete through vibration and to accelerate the curing process with steam. The Zero Energy System revolutionizes this manufacturing process: by combining Glenium
® ACE with Smart Dynamic Concrete technology, concrete flows and compacts automatically – without vibration and without segregation. Manufactured concrete products industry
Unlike precast elements, manufactured concrete products are not cast but pressed: within a few seconds, the earth-dry concrete is turned into, for instance, a square meter of paving stones. The final product has to immediately retain its form without a mold. With our Production Efficiency Method we recreate the complex production process in a laboratory and analyze it systematically without slowing down production. Underground construction industry
For underground and tunnel construction we provide tailor-made machinery and product systems that support engineers throughout the entire construction process: with our MEYCO
® brand, we offer products for tunnel boring as well as admixtures and equipment for sprayed concrete applications. The equipment includes Meyco
Logica, a spraying manipulator incorporating a laser guided application. Logica can also be used to apply our product Fireshield 1350, a sprayed thermal barrier that withstands fire and keeps the structure intact for hours even when it is exposed to extremely high temperatures. This can not only drastically reduce secondary damage after a fire but possibly even save lives.
